HOBOKEN, NJ — A seven-story, 46-unit, luxury rental building in downtown Hoboken has begun leasing, and is seeking “young, affluent professionals” looking for a discount from steep Manhattan rents, its developers say.
The 69,155-square foot building at 600 Harrison was designed by Nastasi Architects and is located between 6th and 7th Streets. Amenities include a “virtual doorman” for enhanced security, washer-dryers in each apartment, a private gym, an outdoor recreation space and a 32-spot parking garage.
Rental prices range from $2,700 per month for a one-bedroom/one bath unit to $4,750 per month for a three-bedroom, two-bath apartment.
The building also includes five units of affordable housing in accordance with New Jersey State guidelines for Hoboken, developers said.
“These high-end units meet the needs of young, affluent professionals seeking a more upscale living experience while offering a significant price discount relative to Manhattan,” said Daten Group President David Ennis.
