Ground Breaking Ceremony for 840 Fulton
On June 21st, The Daten Group celebrated the ground breaking of 840 Fulton Street. Demolition is complete and construction of the new 7 story mixed use project with 39 units is set to begin. The project has qualified for the 421A program and is set to deliver 20% affordable units in 18 months.
