Originally designed by Beverly King and Harry Walker, the building was constructed in 1912 and served as the NYPD’s 84th Precinct House until the mid-1990s. The Daten Group tapped Freyer Architects to reimagine the pre-war structure, while keeping the brick facade and Florentine palazzo design.
Available units are priced from $2.55 million for a 1,877-square-foot three-bedroom to $3.995 million for a 2,000-square-foot penthouse. Richard Mishaan did the interiors.
